The Rundown: Psylocke finds herself haunted by images from her past and seeks help from someone familiar with the dead.

Kwannon and Magik are hunting down one of Fitzroy’s men and cornering him becomes more difficult when Kwannon begins to see visions of her dead daughter who sings a song to remind her of her past. After returning to the factory, Psylocke calls Greycrow to find some peace before she is attacked by the spectral forces she keeps seeing.
IN the aftermath, she goes to Magik for help and the two mutants teleport to New Orleans to speak with the young mutant named Deathdream. Unfortunately, they didn’t let Rogue know they were coming and her suspicion causes something to emerge from Kwannon and into Deathdream. Something that wants her desperately.
The Story: Wong crafts a new and entertaining arc in this issue. The plot does a great job of not only moving big plots forward, but making Kwannon’s journey the main focus. I love the interpersonal conflict in the story and how Kwannon’s desire for some level of peace adds to the drama of the story.
The Art: Carratu and Hidalgo deliver great art throughout the issue. The character designs are great and the action is visually thrilling.
